Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (DA/RDA) – Full-Time | Private Practice
We are a small, privately owned dental practice seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and friendly Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (DA/RDA) to join our team full-time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, close-knit environment and is looking to grow with a long-term team.

Schedule
- Full Time
- Monday through Thursday (8+ hours/day)
Pay & Compensation
- $22–$33 per hour, based on experience and skills
- 2 weeks PTO

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
- Prepare and break down treatment rooms
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
- Take dental radiographs and assist with patient charting
- Educate patients on treatment and oral hygiene instructions
- Ensure patient comfort throughout appointments
- Support the clinical team to maintain smooth daily operations
- Assist with front office responsibilities as needed, including scheduling, answering phones, and patient check-in/check-out
Requirements
- Active RDA license preferred, but DA candidates will also be considered
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable and able to work independently when needed
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the practice
