Dental Assistant – Morgantown, WV
Join our established, patient-focused private dental practice in the Morgantown, WV area! We are looking for a friendly, dependable Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team. Our office has a long-standing team, amazing patients, and a supportive environment focused on providing excellent patient care without sacrificing work-life balance since 2004.
Schedule
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: Off – Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
Compensation & Benefits
- $16–$19/hour starting pay based on experience, pay increase after completing the 90-day probationary period

Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and seat patients
- Take dental X-rays
- Assist chairside during procedures
- Set up and break down treatment rooms
- Sterilization and disinfection
- Stock and order supplies
- Monitor and maintain equipment
- Support team members with daily tasks as needed
- Perform other standard Dental Assistant responsibilities
Requirements
- Dental Assistant experience preferred, including recent graduates
- Willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Friendly, patient-centered, and professional
- Ability to multitask and support a team environment
- Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
