Overview

Family First Dental is seeking a motivated and organized Dental Business Manager to join our growing, modern practice in Rexburg, ID.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of dental experience who is looking for flexibility in their schedule while still having the option to earn full-time benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the dental practice

• Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination

• Supervise front office staff and ensure excellent patient experience

• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting

• Support practice growth through efficient systems and communication

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in dental office required 

• Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance, and scheduling systems

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
