Dental Call Center Representative

Join Chapa-De’sDental team as a Dental Call Center Representative, where you’ll help patients access the dental care they need by answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, providing information, and connecting patients with the appropriate care team. You’ll help create a positive patient experience while keeping communication accurate, efficient, and compassionate.

Hourly Pay:$25.00-$26.00

Schedule:Monday- Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Answerhigh-volume incoming callsand assist patients in a courteous and helpful manner.

• Schedule dental appointments and help manage cancellations, no-shows, and available appointments.

• VerifyMedi-Cal, private insurance, Sliding Scale, and PRC eligibilityand communicate relevant information to patients.

• Accurately document calls in the EHR and work closely with front office and clinical teams to address patient needs.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience answeringhigh-volume phone calls.

• Dental experience and knowledge ofdental terminology, Medi-Cal, and private insurance eligibilityare preferred.
