We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dental Director to lead our dental department in Houlton.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the dental department
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality dental services
• Manage and mentor a team of dental professionals
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated healthcare services

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Valid state dental license
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a dental setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to providing compassionate and quality care to patients
