About Us:
We are a pediatric patient-focused dental practice committed to providing high-quality care and a smooth administrative experience. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Insurance & Eligibility Coordinator to join our front office team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient dental insurance coverage and eligibility for dental services
• Accurately enter and update insurance information in practice software
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, benefits, and discrepancies
• Assist patients in understanding their coverage, benefits, and financial responsibilities
• Coordinate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure efficient workflow
• Scheduling and confirming appointments. Greeting patients/families in a friendly professional matter

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in dental insurance verification and billing required
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, codes, and insurance processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix) preferred
