About the Role:
Greater Florida Dental Implants Inc is looking for an enthusiastic and patient-focused Dental Front Desk & Sales Associate to join our growing team in Leesburg, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our practice while playing a key role in helping patients achieve life-changing smiles through dental implant solutions.



Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the daily calendar efficiently
• Present dental implant treatment plans and financing options to patients
• Follow up with prospective patients and leads to convert consultations into scheduled treatments
• Process patient payments, insurance verifications, and billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office

Requirements:

• Previous dental front desk or dental office experience strongly preferred, but other front desk and or sales background will be considered.  
• Sales experience or comfort presenting treatment plans and financing options to patients
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix or similar) 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental environment
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
