Responsibilities:- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the dental office calendar efficiently
- Verify dental insurance benefits, process claims, and handle billing and co-payments
- Answer multi-line phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage patient communications
- Maintain and update accurate patient records using dental practice management software
- Coordinate treatment plans and present financial options to patients
- Manage patient flow and communicate effectively with clinical dental staff
Requirements:- Minimum 2+ years of dental front desk or dental administrative experience required
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy dental office environment
- Familiarity with dental terminology and treatment planning processes
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
