Private practice in Prosper TX is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Dental Front Office Team Member! Must have at least 2 year of experience in a general office and know open dental.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, communicates well, and can help create a welcoming experience from the moment patients walk in or call our office.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in patients.
Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
Verifying insurance and explaining basic benefits.
Presenting treatment estimates and collecting payments.
Managing patient forms and records.
Helping keep the schedule full and organized.
Supporting the clinical team with daily office flow.
We are looking for someone who is:
