We are a fast-paced, family dental office looking to add a team-oriented member to our front desk staff. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience working in a dental office, preforming the following tasks: scheduling patients, taking payments and sending claims, answering phone calls/texts and emails, discussing and finalizing treatment plans with patients, and has basic insurance knowledge. Must have strong communication skills while maintaining a professional and friendly service towards our patients. Open Dental knowledge preferred. This position is for Full Time, Monday - Friday (with occasional alternating Friday/Saturdays).
