Our private dental practice, known for providing high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences, is looking for an outstanding Front Office person to join our team!

Key Responsibilities


  • Verify insurance coverage

  • Work with insurance carriers to resolve coverage and financial issues

  • Present treatment plans 

  • Confirm and schedule patient appointments

  • Manage the office schedule and track unscheduled treatment

  • Assist in scheduling future visits

  • Communicate efficiently and professionally with patients and team members


Preferred Qualifications


  • Prior dental experience strongly preferred, but will train the right person regardless of experience.

  • Understanding of dental terminology and CDT codes

  • Experience with Dentrix software

  • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage a busy schedule

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Dependable, organized, self-motivated and reliable

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required


Schedule
Part-time position:


  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
