The Role You'll Play


The front office sets the tone for the entire patient experience.


You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, the warm welcome when a family arrives, and the organized problem-solver who helps keep the day running smoothly.


You'll:

• Create an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out
• Manage the schedule and keep patient flow moving
• Help families with appointments, insurance, and questions
• Handle calls, cancellations, and schedule changes with confidence
• Keep communication flowing between the front and clinical teams
• Jump in, solve problems, and help your teammates succeed

Dental or medical front-office experience is preferred, and you'll need to be comfortable with technology, multitasking, and working at both of our Mount Pleasant locations (29464 & 29466).


Most importantly, you genuinely enjoy helping children, families, and your teammates have a great day.


Schedule


Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (every other Friday off!)


Two Tuesday evenings/month (1:00–7:00 PM during the school year)


No weekends
