For Full Time Schedule We Offer

Compensation: $23-$27/hour based on experience

Time Off: PTO + paid holidays (Full Time Schedules)

We're offer a Full-time schedule with NO WEEKENDS!

• Monday: 7:00am - 4:30pm

• Tuesday: 7:00am - 4:30pm

• Wednesday: 7:00am - 4:30pm

• Thursday: 7:00am - 4:30pm

• Friday: OFF

• Saturday: OFF

• Sunday: OFF

Responsibilities

Our Dental Front Office Coordinator should (but not limited to):

• Deliver exceptional patient first impressions through professional, warm, and empathetic customer service in our dental front office
• Eager to master dental terminology, insurance coding, and clinical procedures with comprehensive on-the-job training
• Insurance benefits verification
• Manage patient documents and records
• Process and complete claim forms
• Engage and foster strong patient relationships through a positive experience
• Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients
• Schedule appointments and help develop productive schedules
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette
• Participates and contributes to a positive work environment

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Warm and friendly personalities are welcomed!
• Minimum 1 year of verified experience in dental front office roles, with a preference for candidates demonstrating exceptional communication and administrative skills
• Knowledge of dental operations
• Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and patient‑focused
