We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Position Overview

As the first point of contact for our patients, the Dental Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless patient experience while managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the practice.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience required
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with dental practice management software preferred
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
  • Greet patients and provide an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out
  • Verify dental insurance eligibility and obtain detailed benefit breakdowns
  • Explain insurance coverage and patient financial responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Coordinate treatment schedules with clinical team members
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment recommendations
  • Assist in managing daily office flow and administrative tasks
  • Help foster a positive and welcoming office environment

pay range: $18-22 per hour. 33-40 hours per week.
