Dental Front Office

Tempe Dental Care is looking for an experienced Dental Front Office professional to join our established, privately owned practice in Tempe, Arizona. We have been serving patients in the Valley for more than 25 years and are looking for a friendly, dependable team member who enjoys working with patients and being part of a collaborative dental team.

This is a full-time, 4-day-per-week position in a busy two-doctor practice with three hygienists. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of dental front-office experience and be comfortable managing multiple priorities while providing a welcoming experience for our patients.

$22–$27 per hour | Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Answer and manage multiple phone lines
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Complete patient intake and maintain accurate patient information
• Verify dental insurance and assist patients with insurance-related questions
• Discuss dental procedures, treatment information, and copays with patients
• Collect patient payments and assist with collections
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients
• Work closely with doctors, hygienists, and other members of the dental team
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of dental front-office experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend
• Experience with dental insurance verification
• Comfortable handling multiple phone lines
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with collections and patient payments
• Friendly, professional, and dependable approach

Schedule

Full-time, 5 days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$27 per hour, depending on experience
