Overview:

Dental Front Office / Treatment Coordinator

Dental Implant and Periodontal Partners

 

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Dental Front Office / Treatment Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our practice.

You will also be responsible for reviewing recommended treatment plans, discussing financial options, and helping patients understand their care from consultation through completion of treatment.

Our office maintains a fast paced yet collaborative environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and efficiency while providing high quality patient care.

 

Schedule: Full Time, Mon & Wed 7:30am-5:00pm, Tues & Thurs 7:30am-4pm and Fridays 7:30am-12pm

Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
  • Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
  • Present & schedule proposed dental treatment to patients and answer questions regarding procedures, timelines and fee's
  • Follow up with patients on pending or incomplete treatment plans to ensure they understand the value and timing of care
  • Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of previous dental front office and/or treatment coordinating experience (Periodontal experience preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Dentrix is preferred

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with dental practice management software
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
