Dental Hygiene Assistant
Adult & Pediatric Dental Care – Coldwater, MI
Our growing dental office is looking for a motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Dental Hygiene Assistant to join our expanding practice! We are seeking someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping create an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist hygienists during patient care and procedures
- Set up and break down hygiene rooms
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
- Take digital x-rays as needed
- Stock and organize operatories and supplies
- Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Educate and support patients with oral hygiene instructions
- Assist with charting and documentation when needed
Qualifications
- Dental experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- X-ray certification preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
- Dependable, professional, and patient-focused
