    General Overview

    • $10,000 Sign on Bonus*

    Washington Square Dental is looking to add a Dental Hygienist to our team! Join us at our small boutique practice in downtown WBL! Spend your lunch break walking by the lake or visiting a coffee shop or one of many of the restaurants within steps. Our supportive and kind team is excited to meet our new team member.

    Schedule: Full time, 4 days/week Monday- Thursdays 8am - 5pm

    Compensation: $53+hr, based on experience, plus a sign on & Bonus plan!

    • A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
    • CPR certification
    • Local Anesthetic certification, a PLUS!

    Responsibilities

    As part of our team, you will identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene of our patients as it relates to the mouth-body connection, including:

    • Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
    • Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
    • Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
    • Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
    • Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
    • Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
    • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.
