• Starting at $65-$70per hour + $7,500 Sign on Bonus
• Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• No late evenings or weekend hours

• 60-minute Prophy/PM appointments
• 90-minute New Patient appointments

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal charting
• Take digital radiographs
• Provide SRP and fluoride treatments
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Build lasting relationships with patients and families
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide comprehensive treatment

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Dental Hygienist License (or awaiting licensure)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Knowledge of all aspects of clinical dental hygiene
• Experience with digital dentistry and modern hygiene technologies
• Passion for comprehensive patient care
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
