Dental Hygienist

We’re hiring a Dental Hygienist who wants weekday-only hours, meaningful patient care, and the opportunity to earn well above average through a proven production-based pay structure.
You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on preventive care, patient education, and collaboration with an experienced dental team. The schedule is predictable, the pace is manageable, and the compensation rewards efficiency without overbooking patients.
You’ll practice in Aiken, South Carolina, a vibrant and growing community known for its equestrian culture, historic charm, and welcoming small-town feel, while enjoying convenient access to Augusta and Columbia.

• Monday to Wednesday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Thursday 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• 32 to 36 hours per week, no weekends
• 6 to 8 patients per day for quality-focused care

Compensation & Benefits
• Base hourly pay: $40 to $44 based on experience
• Production bonus: 30 percent of production when averaging $250 per patient
• $7,500 sign-on bonus
