What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care
• Perform patient assessments, periodontal charting, and oral cancer screenings
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and long-term health
• Partner with dentists to identify and support comprehensive treatment needs
• Build trust and lasting relationships with patients of all ages
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Mexico (or ability to obtain)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Passion for providing exceptional clinical care and service
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- Office hours are 7 AM- 6 PM- Open to discuss hours for schedule

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification
