At Bright Now! Dental in Chandler, we’re looking for a Dental Hygienist who wants more than just a full schedule. We want someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, partnering with their doctor and team, and having the clinical autonomy to provide the care their patients need.

Your Role

As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll work closely with your doctor and team to deliver personalized preventive and periodontal care, educate patients and help them feel comfortable and confident in their treatment. You’ll have the opportunity to build your own patient relationships and make a meaningful difference in the health of the Chandler community.

Schedule (days/hours): M-F 8-5 Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do 

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.  
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.  
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.  
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.  
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications:

Who We’re Looking For 

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. 
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification 

Compensation: $50-$55 per hour About:
