College Park Dental is looking for an enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team and help us deliver exceptional patient care in a warm, welcoming environment.

Monday-Friday | 6:45 AM-4:00 PM

Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule and predictable hours-no weekends required!

COMPENSATION

$55-$65/hour + 33% production bonus + annual merrit increase up to 3%!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Dental Hygienist at College Park Dental, you'll play an important role in creating healthy smiles and positive patient experiences.

You'll:

• Provide exceptional preventive and hygiene care
• Perform routine cleanings and patient assessments
• Educate patients on oral health and proper hygiene techniques
• Help patients feel comfortable and cared for
• Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor''s degree in Dental Hygiene
• License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort0
