Alliance Family Dentistry is looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established Colorado Springs team.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits

• $55–$65 per hour target earnings through base pay + production bonus

• $5,000 sign-on bonus

Preventive and periodontal care are a central part of what we do at Alliance Family Dentistry.

Our hygienists work closely with our doctors to assess periodontal health, educate patients, identify treatment needs, and help people understand the connection between their oral health and overall health.

You'll have access to modern clinical technology and a team that values good communication, sound clinical judgment, and comprehensive care.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care

• Complete periodontal assessments and charting

• Perform prophylaxis and scaling and root planing as appropriate

• Take diagnostic dental x-rays

• Deliver meaningful patient education and oral-systemic health discussions

• Help patients understand their diagnosis and recommended care

• Use Overjet AI to support patient education and clinical conversations

• Collaborate closely with our doctors and clinical team

• Practice to the full extent of your hygiene scope

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and infection-control standards

What We're Looking For

• Active Colorado Dental Hygienist license, or eligibility for licensure

• CPR/BLS certification

• Strong clinical hygiene skills

• Excellent patient communication

• Team-oriented mindset

• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

• Reliable, organized, and adaptable

• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar practice-management software is preferred
