About This Office
Apalachee Family Dental is looking for a Full Time Dental Hygienist to join our team Monday thru Thursday. Heartland Dental is the nations largest dental support organization, providing non-clinical administrative support services to more than 3,000 supported doctors across 39 states and the District of Columbia in 1,900+ dental offices. Each Heartland Dental supported office is unique to the community and the patients they serve. Supported doctors are the clinical leaders of their practice, retain full clinical autonomy, and establish their own care philosophies. All Heartland Dental supported doctors and hygienists are united by a common goal: delivering the highest quality dental care and patient experiences.
As a Dental Hygienist, you'll be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. Qualifications:
Current dental hygienist license Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation CPR Certification
Preferred Experience:
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health Clinical needs as required by office Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
