$5,000 Sign on Bonus

Compensation: Starting pay range from $$45- $52+/hr which includes our lucrative Hygiene bonus program!

Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday: 8am-2pm (there's flexiblity if needed)

As a Dental Hygienist, you will identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene of our patients as it relates to the mouth-body connection, including:

• Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
• Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
• Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
• Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
• Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
• Act as a key liaison, proactively managing patient concerns and supporting team communication to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.

•    Current Certification from an accredited Hygiene Program.

•    Current CPR Certification.

•    Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.

•   Ability to empathize and provide top-notch, positive, patient care while connecting with our diverse patient base.
