We’re hiring a Dental Hygienist who wants weekday-only hours, meaningful patient care, and the opportunity to earn well above average through a proven production-based pay structure.

You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on preventive care, patient education, and collaboration with an experienced dental team. The schedule is predictable, the pace is manageable, and the compensation rewards efficiency without overbooking patients.

You’ll practice in Edgefield, South Carolina, a charming small-town community known for its historic character, affordable living, and convenient access to Augusta and the surrounding Midlands region.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base hourly pay: $40 to $44 based on experience
• Production bonus: 30 percent of production when averaging $250 per patient
