Dental Hygienist

We’re hiring a Dental Hygienist who wants a four-day workweek, meaningful patient care, and the opportunity to earn well above average through a proven production-based pay structure.
You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on preventive care, patient education, and collaboration with an experienced dental team. The schedule is predictable, the pace is manageable, and the compensation rewards efficiency without overbooking patients.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base hourly pay: $40–$44 based on experience
• Production bonus: 30% of production when averaging $250 per patient
• Health insurance (Employer pays approximately 70%)
• Dental & vision insurance (Employer pays approximately 80%)
• Malpractice insurance covered
• PTO: 7 days first year
• 7 paid holidays
• 401(k) with 4% employer match
