Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care and preventive services.Perform periodontal assessments and support ongoing periodontal treatment plans.Educate patients on oral health, home care techniques, and the connection between oral and overall health.Review medical histories and identify factors that may impact treatment.Take diagnostic radiographs and accurately document clinical findings.Partner closely with doctors to support patient treatment plans and long-term care.Build trusting relationships with patients through compassionate, personalized care.Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.Follow infection control and safety protocols in accordance with state and company guidelines.Support a positive, productive, and team-focused office culture. Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in South Carolina or eligibility to obtain licensure.Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.New graduates are encouraged to apply.Strong interest in periodontal therapy and patient education.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Dependable, organized, and committed to providing high-quality patient care.Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and team members.Passion for creating positive patient experiences and building lasting relationships.
