We’re hiring a Dental Hygienist in Lancaster, Pennsylvania at the Duke Street location who wants stability, strong benefits, and a predictable weekday schedule.

You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on preventative dental care, patient education, cleanings, and periodontal maintenance. You can choose full-time or part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours, and flexibility in structuring a 4- or 5-day workweek. You’ll be supported by a collaborative dental team and established workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

• $40 - $45/hour for full-time (based on experience)
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
