We’re hiring a Dental Hygienist who wants consistent weekday hours, meaningful patient care, and the opportunity to earn well above average through a proven production-based pay structure.

You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on preventive care, patient education, and collaboration with an experienced dental team. The schedule is predictable, the pace is manageable, and the compensation rewards efficiency without overbooking patients.

You’ll practice in White Knoll, South Carolina, a growing community near Columbia known for its suburban comfort, strong schools, and convenient access to both small-town charm and city amenities.

• Hours Monday to Wednesdays 8:00am - 5:00pm, Thursdays 7:00 am - 3:00pm

Compensation & Benefits
• Base hourly pay: $40 to $44 based on experience
• Production bonus: 30 percent of production when averaging $250 per patient
