Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings and periodontal treatments with precision and care.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care.
- Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Manage infection control protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in dental hygiene.
Requirements:
- Valid state dental hygiene license and current CPR certification.
- Experience in a dental practice preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor with patients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of dental software and digital radiography is a plus.
