About the Position

Our doctors and hygienists work closely together to provide comprehensive patient care, with a strong emphasis on periodontal health and evidence-based treatment.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a practice that values collaboration and continued education while giving you the ability to develop strong relationships with your patients and make a meaningful impact on their oral health.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide an exceptional experience
• Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and screenings
• Take diagnostic dental X-rays
• Identify periodontal disease, gingivitis, and other oral health conditions
• Provide individualized preventive and periodontal hygiene treatment
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and recommended treatment
• Communicate clinical findings and periodontal needs with the dental team
• Collaborate with dentists on periodontal diagnosis and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate patient charts and clinical documentation
• Follow OSHA, sterilization, and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Dental Hygienist License or ability to obtain
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Dental Hygiene degree from an accredited program
• Required X-ray certification
• Laser certification preferred
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented approach
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
