Full-Time Dental Hygienist
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a respected healthcare organization to find a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist for a full-time opportunity within travel distance of Seattle, WA.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about preventative dental care, patient education, and making a meaningful impact in the community. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care through both an onsite and mobile dental clinic while working alongside a collaborative healthcare team.
Position Details
- Full-time, permanent Dental Hygienist opportunity
- 1.0 FTE 40 hours per week
- Day shift schedule
- Provide preventative dental care in onsite and mobile clinic settings
- Perform dental cleanings, assessments, and hygiene treatments
- Perform and document dental X-rays
- Accurately document patient care, treatments, and clinical findings
- Educate patients on oral health, preventative care, and proper dental hygiene
- Support patients in developing and maintaining healthy oral care routines
- Follow CDC sterilization and infection prevention standards
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, WISHA, and established patient safety protocols
- Collaborate with dentists and other members of the healthcare team
- Deliver compassionate care and exceptional customer service to every patient
Education & Certification Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene Program
- Current Washington State Dental Hygienist License required
- Anesthetic Endorsement required
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Knowledge of CDC sterilization and infection control standards
- Familiarity with OSHA and WISHA regulations and patient safety requirements
- Strong clinical documentation and patient education skills
- Ability to work effectively in both onsite and mobile dental environments
