We are a small family practice operating Tuesday through Thursday 8-5, and looking to start filling Fridays (initially every other and then eventually every Friday.) We have a fantastic small team of 5, and are looking to add a new hygienist by or before October of this year. While experience is valuable and certainly enhances a potential candidate, we value finding a good cultural fit above all else. We do not book double hygiene, we believe in continuity of care and patient comfort, and offer a calm and stable working environment.

Looking for someone who is interested in long term stability, and growing with our practice as a member of the community.
We are looking to eventually fill a 4th operative and hygiene day through organic and sustainable growth.
Our recare visits are scheduled for 60 minute blocks, you will not be double booked.
NPE is traditionally scheduled for 90 minutes to provide adequate time for charting, FMX, and allow time for a positive patient experience.
I cover CE costs for our hygienists so long as its discussed and approved in advance.
