Gentle Dental Oregon City is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our established practice on a part-time schedule.

We have flexibility when selecting your days and would love to work together to build a schedule that fits both you and the practice.

Once established, you’ll have a consistent week-over-week schedule — giving you the predictability of regular days without having to fit into a one-size-fits-all schedule from the beginning.

Experienced hygienists and new graduates are both welcome and encouraged to apply!

COMPENSATION

Pay is a combination of hourly compensation and production bonuses, with expected total compensation of $60+ per hour.

Your compensation rewards both the time you spend caring for patients and the value you bring to the practice.

SCHEDULE

Part-Time

We have some flexibility around days based on your availability and the needs of the practice.

Once we establish the right fit, you’ll have a consistent weekly schedule so you know exactly what your workweek looks like.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program

• Active Oregon Dental Hygiene license or ability to obtain one prior to employment

• Current CPR certification

• Local anesthesia certification, as applicable

• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
