Pay: $45–$55/hr | Schedule: PRN / As Needed

Texas Dental and Braces is looking for Registered Dental Hygienists to join our on-call team supporting our offices across Central and South Texas as needed.

This is perfect for someone who wants a flexible schedule, extra shifts, or the chance to work with a supportive team while providing excellent patient care. Our on-call hygienists help cover team absences, schedule changes, busier patient days, and other office needs as they come up.

You'll be matched with offices near you across the San Antonio, Cibolo, Schertz, Kyle, San Marcos, and Cedar Park areas.

What You’ll Do

• Perform professional dental cleanings including scaling, root planing, and polishing
• Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting
• Identify early signs of cavities, gum disease, and other oral health concerns
• Take dental X rays, intra oral photos, and iTero scans
• Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants
• Educate patients on brushing, flossing, and preventative oral care
• Assist doctors during exams and collaborate on treatment planning
• Maintain accurate digital patient records and documentation
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
