Dental Hygienist – Portland Metro Area, OR – Part-Time

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program (Associate’s degree or higher)
- Oregon Dental Hygienist License with anesthesia endorsement
- Nitrous oxide permit (or willingness to obtain)
- National Provider Identifier (NPI)

- Geriatric and/or pediatric experience
- Team player with flexibility to assist in room turnovers
