Description

Dental Hygienist Job Posting — Personable, Patient‑Centered, Non‑Corporate Office

About Us
We are a privately owned, non‑corporate dental practice that prides itself on warmth, integrity, and truly personalized patient care. Our office is built on relationships — not quotas — and we’re looking for a hygienist who shares that philosophy. If you value connection, compassion, and clinical excellence over high‑pressure production metrics, you’ll feel right at home here.

Position: Dental Hygienist (Full‑Time or Part‑Time)
We’re seeking a hygienist who is:

  • Genuinely patient‑focused — someone who takes the time to educate, reassure, and build trust.

  • Personable and kind — our patients appreciate a friendly face and a calm, caring presence.

  • Clinically meticulous — committed to high‑quality care and ethical practice.

  • Team‑oriented — we work collaboratively, support one another, and maintain a positive environment.

  • Motivated by care, not just compensation — we want someone who finds fulfillment in helping people, not rushing through appointments.

What Makes Our Office Different

  • No corporate pressure, no upselling, no production quotas.

  • Longer appointment times so you can treat patients thoroughly and comfortably.

  • A supportive team that values your input and respects your professional judgment.

  • A calm, welcoming environment where patients feel like family.

  • Modern technology, organized systems, and a leadership team that listens.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, gentle hygiene care including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and patient education.

  • Build strong patient relationships through communication and empathy.

  • Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure seamless, high‑quality care.

  • Maintain accurate charting and uphold the highest infection‑control standards.

Qualifications

  • Active Dental Hygiene license in NJ

  • Strong communication skills and a personable demeanor

  • Commitment to ethical, patient‑centered care

  • Experience is preferred, but we welcome new grads with the right mindset

Compensation & Benefits
We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, paid time off, continuing education support, and a genuinely healthy work environment — one where you can grow professionally without sacrificing your values.

If you’re a hygienist who wants to make a meaningful impact and work in a practice that prioritizes people over production, we’d love to meet you.
