About the Position

As a Dental Hygienist, you'll play an important role in helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. You'll have the opportunity to provide quality hygiene care, educate patients about their individual needs, and work closely with the dentist and clinical team.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, confident, dependable, and passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care in a single-column hygiene setup
• Build strong relationships with patients and create a comfortable experience
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and maintaining long-term oral health
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Follow appropriate infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Dental Hygiene License
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and patient education skills
