True 1-Hour Appointments: We schedule one patient per hour, ensuring you have the time to provide the high-level "disease care" and education our patients deserve.

As a key member of our clinical team, you will focus on Education & Prevention-the pillars of our practice.
Perform thorough periodontal assessments and screenings using state-of-the-art diagnostics.
Deliver professional prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing with a "gentle touch."
Partner with patients to create individualized long-term oral health goals.
Maintain the highest standards of uncompromising safety and infection control.
Experience: Previous clinical experience in a private practice setting is preferred.
Licensure: Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.
Mindset: A positive, cheerful attitude and a desire to build lifelong patient relationships.
