Salary: $43.00 - $57.00 per hour
As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

Schedule: Monday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Details We are seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and dedicated to creating meaningful patient relationships. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented professional who demonstrates strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a calm, friendly presence.
This role includes performing standard hygiene procedures such as periodontal charting, patient education, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, radiographs, and assisting in maintaining smooth clinical flow. Our hygienists play an active role in treatment planning, patient communication, and supporting the overall success of the practice.
You will be joining a team that values reliability, collaboration, and professionalism. We offer a structured schedule, supportive environment, and opportunities for continued growth within a well-established office.
Requirements
Active Illinois Dental Hygienist license Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health Clinical needs as required by office Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment

Qualifications
