While we currently operate at a steady pace, we are actively working to grow our patient base through referrals and exceptional service.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional preventative and clinical care while educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Preventative CareConduct patient screenings, including oral health history, head and neck exams, and periodontal chartingIdentify signs of oral cancer and gum diseasePerform dental cleanings (prophylaxis), including removal of plaque, tartar, and stainsApply preventative treatments such as fluoride and sealantsTake and develop dental X-rays to support diagnosisPatient Education & CounselingEducate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques tailored to individual needsProvide nutritional guidance related to oral healthDeliver post-treatment care instructions and ongoing oral health maintenance guidanceDocumentation & Office SupportAccurately document clinical findings, treatment plans, and patient progressMaintain strict infection control and sterilization protocolsCollaborate with dentists to communicate findings and assist with procedures as neededQualificationsRequired:Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licenseLaser certification (required)Current CPR certificationPreferred:New graduates are welcome to apply – we are happy to train the right candidateBenefitsBenefits offered are consistent with ADC standardsWork EnvironmentSmall, supportive team environmentTwo doctors and two hygienists currently on staffSteady workflow with growth opportunitiesFocus on building long-term patient relationships through referralsAdditional InformationWe are looking for someone who is motivated, team-oriented, and excited to grow with our practice.
