ReGenesis Health Care, a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. In this role, you will provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care while helping expand access to oral healthcare for children, families, and underserved communities. You will also have opportunities to support our school-based dental program, community outreach initiatives, and medical-dental integration efforts. Additional compensation opportunities include: Sign-on bonus Quarterly incentive program Average bonus opportunity of approximately $5,000 annually, based on applicable program requirements and performance. What You'll Do As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will: Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and periodontal evaluations. Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing as appropriate, fluoride treatments, and sealants. Obtain dental radiographs in accordance with applicable requirements and clinical protocols. Screen patients for oral diseases, abnormalities, and other conditions requiring evaluation by the dentist. Educate patients and families on oral hygiene, nutrition, disease prevention, and maintaining good oral health. Support pediatric, school-based, community outreach, and preventive oral health initiatives. Maintain timely and accurate electronic dental records and clinical documentation. Follow applicable OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, infection prevention, and safety requirements. Collaborate with dentists, dental assistants, medical providers, and other members of the care team.
