Compensation: $52.00 – $60.00 per hour + Monthly Team Performance Bonus + Monthly Hygiene Bonus!
Schedule: Fridays Only (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Premium Compensation & Dual Bonuses: We offer a top-tier wage of $52–$60/hour, plus eligibility for both our Monthly Team Performance Bonus and a dedicated Monthly Hygiene Bonus.
Optional Full-Time Path: While this role is based in Surprise on Fridays, we have a unique opportunity for candidates seeking more hours to work Monday–Wednesday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) at our sister clinic in Glendale, AZ.

Credentials: Active Arizona RDH License.
Certifications: Local Anesthesia and Laser Certification are required.
