Schedule (days/hours): Tues & Wed 8-5 in Vienna, Thursday 8-5 in Herndon, Friday 8-5 in Vienna Responsibilities:What You’ll Do (and Enjoy Doing)

Build meaningful patient relationships — educate and coach patients in a supportive, judgment-free way that actually makes a difference

Create a comfortable patient experience — help patients feel at ease, heard, and cared for from start to finish

Are a licensed Dental Hygienist (or graduating soon) who takes pride in providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Enjoy educating and connecting with patients — and want the time and support to do it the right way
Are a new grad or experienced clinician — we offer support, mentorship, and a team that meets you where you are

Prioritize patient safety and care standards (current CPR certification or willingness to obtain)

Compensation: $60–$65 per hour + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus About:Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
