Looking for a dental hygiene position where you have the time, technology, and team support to provide exceptional patient care?

ADS in West Chester is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a new graduate awaiting licensure, we'd love to meet you.

We believe quality dentistry starts with giving our hygienists the resources and appointment times they need to truly care for patients—not rush through appointments.

• 50-minute recall appointments
• 1.5-hour SRP appointments (2 quadrants)

• Nomad Digital X-ray System
• CBCT Imaging

What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships with patients through education and compassionate care
• Perform comprehensive periodontal charting
• Take digital radiographs
• Provide prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
• Perform scaling and root planing
• Administer fluoride treatments
• Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
• Collaborate closely with doctors and fellow team members to provide outstanding patient experiences

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene License (or awaiting licensure—new graduates encouraged to apply!)
• Current CPR Certification
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
