About the Role: Tender Smiles 4 Kids of Monmouth is looking for a detail-oriented and patient-focused Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team in Freehold, NJ!
Responsibilities:
Verify and process dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorizations for pediatric patients
Submit and follow up on insurance claims, appeals, and resubmissions in a timely manner
Maintain accurate patient billing records and update insurance information in the dental practice management system
Post insurance payments and adjustments to patient accounts accurately
Requirements:
Prior experience in dental insurance coordination, dental billing, or a related dental office role
Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Salary based on experience
