    Dental Insurance Coordinator – Part-Time 
    Location: Middletown, OH 45044 | Part-Time

    Children's Dentistry of Middletown is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team!

    Children's Dentistry of Middletown is a pediatric dental specialty practice that focuses on the unique needs of infants, children, and adolescents. The practice is committed to developing a relationship of trust and confidence with each of our patients and their families. Our Insurance Coordinators play a vital role in making sure our families receive a seamless experience from start to finish, and that our practice runs smoothly and efficiently every day.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for new and returning patients
    • Process and submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
    • Coordinate communication between families, insurance companies, and internal team members
    • Assist in resolving insurance related issues and claim denials
    • Maintain and update insurance records and patient documentation
    • Support staff and families with questions regarding insurance policies and procedures
    • Prepare reports related to insurance activities as needed
    • Ensure compliance with practice policies and applicable regulatory requirements
    What We're Looking For
    • Previous experience in dental insurance coordination, billing, or a related field strongly preferred
    • Strong knowledge of dental insurance terminology and procedures
    • Experience with pediatric dental insurance a plus
    • Proficiency with dental practice management software; experience with Dentrix, EagleSoft, or similar systems a plus
    • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
    • A genuine love for working with children and families
    • A team-first attitude and commitment to delivering an outstanding patient experience
