Coordinate and participate in the full CAD/CAM process including scanning, designing, and manufacturing
Operate manufacturing equipment including milling machines, 3D printers, and sintering ovens
Read work prescriptions and examine cases to determine dental restoration design
Fabricate crowns, bridges, and inlays/onlays to precise specifications
Read, interpret, and design dental restorations to client specifications using dental CAD software
Communicate case planning across all lab departments
Meet tight production deadlines while consistently delivering high-quality restorations
Communicate clearly with technicians and doctors using strong verbal and written skills
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Crown and Bridge Design using CAD/CAM technology
Certified Dental Technician (CDT) with 3–5 years of related fabrication experience (crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays); or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with 3Shape, Nobel, Exocad, and other desktop scanners and software
Knowledge of CAD/CAM processes including scanning, designing, and manufacturing
Ability to operate milling machines, 3D printers, and sintering ovens
Proficiency in dental anatomy and terminology
Experience in a regulated environment preferred
Strong attention to detail; willing to learn, critical thinker, organized, and self-directed
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $25 – $40 per hour depending on experience
